Returns & Exchanges

  • ANY custom made pieces are NOT eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.
  • We offer returns or exchanges within 3 days of receipt of purchase. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.
  • All returns and exchanges require approval.
  • Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Nina Jeweler packaging. All packages will be inspected before accepted and you will receive an email confirmation once approved for return or exchange.
  • We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an incorrect item. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
  • Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do what we can to make you happy! After all, this is a joyous purchase.

Nina Jeweler reserves the right to refuse an exchange/return/repair of any purchase made that does not meet the above requirements.
